By booking and using our limousine services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Al Ayadi Limousine reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
• A booking is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email or message from our team.
• Last-minute bookings are subject to vehicle availability.

3. Payment & Charges

• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm the booking.
• Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash.
• Any additional charges (e.g., extra waiting time, route changes) will be added to the final bill.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the ride are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking will incur a 50% charge.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

5. Waiting Time & Additional Charges

• A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed for standard bookings and 45 minutes for airport pickups.
• Extra waiting time will be charged per 15-minute intervals.

6. Passenger Conduct

• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged accordingly.
• The chauffeur has the right to refuse service to passengers violating these rules.

7. Liability & Responsibility

• Al Ayadi Limousine is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• We are not liable for lost or forgotten items in our vehicles.

8. Service Modifications

• Al Ayadi Limousine reserves the right to change vehicle assignments or cancel bookings in case of unforeseen issues (e.g., mechanical failure).
• If a replacement vehicle is needed, a similar or upgraded model will be provided at no extra charge.

9. Privacy Policy

All personal information shared with us is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which Al Ayadi Limousine operates.
